This paper presents new results of present tectonic movement on the Vietnamese East Sea and synthetics of GPS measurements from various authors in the 1994-2009 period, in particular, the data from the Project of GEODYSSEA, China, service of Asia-Pacific and the data from 2007-2009 GPS campain of the Project KC.09,11/06-10. GPS stations Láng (LANG), Bạch Long Vĩ (BLV1), Song Tử Tây (STT1), Côn Đảo (CDA1) are associated with IGS stations of the International GPS Service, like COCO, BAKO, NTUS, PIMO, KUNM and WUHN. We determine finally absolute displacements and velocities of these GPS stations in the IGS05. The results have been indicating that LANG moves eastward with slip rate of ~39 mm/yr, southward with slip rate of ~13 mm/yr. The rate of BLV1 is ~29 mm/yr for the eastern component and ~14 mm/yr for the southern. STT1 moves eastward with the rate of ~22,5 mm/yr and southward with 10,5 mm/yr. CDA1 moves eastward with the rate of ~21 mm/yr and southward – 10 mm/yr. DOHO move eastward with the rate of ~26,8 mm/yr and southward – ~9 mm/yr. HUES move eastward with the rate of ~30 mm/yr  and southward – ~20 mm/yr.  HOCM move eastward with the rate of ~21,5 mm/yr and southward – ~12 mm/yr. Calculated errors for both directions vary in 0,5-0,6 mm/y.
