Metamorphic domes of concentric zoning in the North Trung Bộ and Trường Sơn regions

In the North Trung Bộ and Trường Sơn regions, the geological mapping and geological studies have been proving the existence of batholite of large scale in the Đồng Hới, Trường Sơn and Mường Lát areas. On the plan, batholite massifs and surrounding metamorphic formations form the picture of concentric zoning of metamorphic domes. The metamorphic degree is from amphibolite facies to the lower part of greenschist facies, belonging to series of low-medium pressure. The study on geological characteristics, analysis of mineral paragenetic associations, physical metamorphic conditions and distributive rules of concentric zoning of metamorphic domes is of important significance in the geological and mineral survey in the whole territory of the country.
