Cretaceous red beds and posibility of discovering dinosaur fossils in Việt Nam

The presence of Cretaceous red beds in Việt Nam has marked a long period of severe hot dry climate in the evolutionary history of the Earth crust in the country. The results of study on their distribution law both in vertical and horizontal directions, as well as their substantial composition, organic relicts, structure and environmental conditions are the premises for orientation in finding dinosaur fossils related to these sediments in Việt Nam.
