On the basis of the synthesis of inherited materials, combining with detailed field research, the interpretation of the modern tectonic perspective to make comments, evaluate the role of fault Cao Bằng - Tiên Yên to the Cao Bằng copper-nickel formations, contributing to clarifying the distrỉbution, favorable control factors and orientation for the search and exploration of copper- Nickel hidden deep. The results show that the Cao Bằng - Tiên Yên fault is not a hot molten magma channel. The favorable faults developed in the sarne direction as Cao Băng - Tiên Yên faults play the role of controlling and shifting the copper and nickel ore bodies of the study area.
