In this paper, the seismics hazard maps for Hồ Chí Minh City are presented. The maximum Intensity for the basement of class A in the Ho Chi Minh City can reache the value of VII (I=VII by MSK-64), the highest PGA value is 0.10 g. The PGA corresponds to the periods of time: 500 years reaches the value PGA = 0.03-0.06 g (I = VI-(MSK-64); 1,000 years, PGA = 0.06-0.07g, (I = VII- MSK- 64); 2,500 years, PGA= 0.07-0.09g, ( I = VII -MK-64); 5,000 years, PGA = 0.07-0.10 g (the maximum value, I = VII - MSK-64). Dividing 7 ground types: A , B, c, D, E, SI, S2 base on geological sections of boreholes and parameters as shear wave velocity (V_s), standard penetration test N30.
