Geophysical Enterprise 209 is a professional sector of Northern Geological Mapping Division. During the recent years, the application of geophysical survey methods in geological and mineral investigation and other study areas is becoming diversified. In order to improve the application of geophysics for internal and external uses the staffs of Geophysical Enterprise 209 has well inherited and developed the experiences of the older generation of geophysicists, intensified technological improvement and hence improved the effectiveness of geophysical methods in basic geological and environmental investigation, as well as in mineral prospecting and exploration
